Allez is an iPhone app made by Ark Solutions. This policy describes what Allez keeps, where it keeps it, and what you can do about it.
What stays on your phone
Your training plan, your workouts, and your history live on your phone.
Your Screen Time choices, meaning which apps Allez may make unavailable through Apple Family Controls, never leave the phone.
Calendar availability is read on the phone only, to see how much room your week has. It is never uploaded.
What your account holds
When you sign in, an account on Allez servers holds three things.
- The account identity from Apple or Google: a stable identifier and, if you shared it, your email address.
- A session token, so the app can reach your account without signing in again.
- An encrypted copy of your training records. The copy is encrypted on your phone with a key that stays in your iCloud Keychain. Ark Solutions does not hold the key and cannot read the records.
The copy exists so your training survives a new phone or a reinstall. Allez works fully without it.
Apple Health
Workout details that Allez recognizes from Apple Health become part of those encrypted records. They are used only to recognize and preserve your training. They are never used for advertising, and never sold or shared.
No analytics or advertising
Allez contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Where data is kept
Allez servers run on Vercel. The database is hosted by Neon in the United States.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Ark Solutions does not see your payment details.
Your rights
You can access your data with Export in the app, under Settings, Account, Data & Privacy.
You can delete your account in the app. Deleting your account removes the account identity, the session tokens, and the encrypted copy in full.

Changes to this policy are noted here with a date.
