The service
Allez is an iPhone app from Ark Solutions that helps you carry out the training you already plan. It works on your phone. An optional account keeps an encrypted copy of your training records so they survive a new phone.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the device and the sign-in you use. One account per person.
Subscriptions
Allez Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, and refunds under Apple terms. You can cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Acceptable use
Use Allez for your own training. Do not attempt to break into the service, interfere with it, or use it to harm others.
No medical advice
Allez does not give medical or health advice. Training decisions are yours. Stop if you are unwell or injured, and ask a professional when in doubt.
Availability
Allez runs on your phone and does not need the account service to work. The account service may be unavailable at times. Ark Solutions does not promise uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ark Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from training you choose to do. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for Allez in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Ark Solutions may close accounts that break these terms.
